DAY 1. Mashad
Arrival mashad by Turkish airline or cross from Turkmenistan boarder meet and assist transfer to hotel .O/N
DAY 2. Mashhad
Mashhad is one of the most popular cities of Iran and themajor city along the ancient silk road; the holy shrine of Imam Reza, one ofthe most visited places of pilgrimage in the world is located there. Citytour of Mashhad to visit The Imam Reza Holy shrine and Nadershah tomb; then drive to Tous to visit Ferdowsi Tomb and HaruniyehDome.Overnight Mashhad.
DAY 3. Mashhad- Neishabour- Sabzevar
We drive to Neishabour, en route we will have a short stopto visit Ghadamga, one of the legacy of the ancient Silk Road;in Neishabour we visit the Tomb of a famous Iranian poet, Attar.Then we spend some time for visiting the tomb of a famous philosopher andteacher, astronomer and Poet in Iran and may be in the world. This man is OmarKhayyam a Persian polymath who authored many books in differentfields of science, religion and culture such as mechanics, geography, mineralogy, music, and Islamic theology. we keep going to Sabzevar.Overnight Sabzevar.
DAY 4. Sabzevar- Bastam
In the morning we have half day tour to visit AncientMosala of Sabzevar and Haj Mola Hadi Sabzevari Tomb, yakhdan(naturaland historical freezer) then we drive to Bastam, en route wevisit Carvanserai Miyandasht. In Bastam going to visit BayazidBastami Tomb based on time.Overnight Bastam.
DAY 5. Bastam-Damghan
In the morning, we drive about an hour to visit CloudsForest (Jangal-e-Abr), one of the oldest and most beautiful forests inIran, Spring and Summer are the best time to visit the forest. when theclouds come down it will be difficult to use digital camera, so morning time isthe best time to take beautiful photos. Based on the season and time, we canvisit Aloochal waterfall. In the afternoon we drive to Damghanabout 2 hours, based on time we can visit Abul Hassan Kharaqani´sShrine en-route,A few hours before sunset, clouds come into the forest. Theyare so thick that you feel walking on them. If you are interested in spending anight in the mysteries Abr jungle or even in the village, we can change theplan.Overnight Damghan.
DAY 6. Damghan – Semanan
We have a half day city tour to visit Tarikhaneh orhome of god one of the oldest mosques of Iran, permanent spring of Cheshme Ali, Chehel Dokhtar Tower and Zangule Dome, then visit the Tughrul Tower , Driving to semnan .Overnight .
DAY 7. Semanan- Rey (Tehran)
Start the excursion with the Arg (Citadel) Gate of Semnan, Semnan Central Mosque, Seljuk minaret , then drive to tehran.O/N
DAY8. Rey (Tehran)
Visiting Golestan Complex and ShamsolEmareh that are UNESCO historic sites. Then we’ll go to thegreatest museum of Persia (Iran National Museum), A Tunnel of Iranhistory from the very beginning up to recent years. Visiting the GrandBazaar which is the beating heart of the city. If you like you can visit shrine of Abdulazim hasani in Rey .Overnight Tehran.
DAY 9. Tehran-Qazvin
Early in the morning drive to Qazvin about 2 hours which is along the ancient silk road. Visiting Shah Abbasi Caravanserai if possible, that is located on the ancient Silk Road; arrival in Qazvin; Citytour of Qazvin to visit Museum Qajar Bath, HammamQajar (Qajar bathhouse), Qazvin Chehel Sotoon Palace, SarDar e Alighapou, the antient Bazar of Qazvin Saad al Saltaneh Caravansary (the biggest indoor caravansary located in the city) . Overnight in Qazvin.
DAY 10. Qazvin- Zanjan
We drive to Zanjan and on our way toward this city we will visit Soltaniyeh Dome that is the highest and biggest raw brick made dome in Iran and the UNESCO world heritage site and the third largest Dome in the world after Santa Maria Dome and Hagia Sophia Dome. Base on the time we will visit the traditional Laundry House that belongs to Qajar Era and called Rakhtshoor-khaneh ,Traditional Bazar where you can find many beautiful hanicrafts . Overnight Zanjan.
DAY 11. Zanjan-Tabriz
Driving to Tabriz visiting Tabriz city , blue mosque , Azerbaijan museum and the traditional Bazaar of Tabriz, the biggest indoor bazaar in the country which is a UNESCO heritage site. Overnight in Tabriz.
DAY 12. Tabriz –Marand- Jolfa- Tabriz
An Excursion to Jolfa visiting Saint Stepanos cathedral about 2 hours, back to Marand, visiting Caravansary-e Yam (Marand Shah Abbasi Caravansary), returning to Tabriz . overnight Tabriz.
DAY 13. Tabriz- Kandovan- Khoy
Excursion to Kandovan village, returning to Tabriz and drive to khoy city to visit shams tabrizi tomb and khoy city .O/N khoy
DAY 14. Khoy -Tabriz
You have 2 options
whether you cross iran-turkey boarder and continue your tour to turkey or back to Tabriz and via Tabriz international airport and Turkish airline fly back home.
You can also continue your iran silk road tour to visit hamadan and Kermanshah cities as well .
